Recognizing and classifying misconduct was developed for Austria. If you work in Germany or Switzerland, you can test your knowledge in the  quiz.

Misconduct often does not begin with something that is “clearly punishable,” but with small shifts in boundaries. Especially in theater, where body, language, and emotions are central means of expression, mindful behavior and clear agreements are necessary. What may not have been “meant that way” can still hurt, intimidate, or reinforce intimidating structures, especially in hierarchical and creative contexts.
